3 Weeks Old..

These beautiful babies are starting to show their personalities!
They will tug my pant leg and growl, bark and wrestle each other.
And although they are still wobbly, they are really starting to get around.
It is so fun to watch them grow!

Here are their latest pictures. They had just barely eaten and been brushed. We are introducing them to toys and after playing with them they were a little tuckered out for their pictures.
CALAMITY
This darling girl has traditional markings with a 3/4 collar,
four white socks and a white tipped tail.
Her tiny chocolate nose is starting to fill in!

Rooster is a traditionally marked male with a unique flare!
He has a split-face with cute dots on the opposite side of his head.

Billy is a traditionally marked male.
He has a full collar, for white socks and a white tipped tail.
He is still pretty mellow and cuddly.. But give him a week or two!

He has a full collar, four white socks and a white tipped tail.
Ringo is my brave puppy. He seems to be very curious and likes to explore.

LILLIE LANGTRY
Lillie is a traditionally marked female.
she has a full collar, four white socks and a white tipped tail,
Lille is such a cuddler and is pretty content just hanging out in my lap.

BELLE STAR
Belle is a darling traditionally marked split-face female.
She has a full collar, four white socks and a white tipped tail.
She is my daughters favorite, she reminds us all of  Patches!
She is getting around really well and seems to like to explore..
Next week I will do more of stacked pictures so you can see their markings better.
They just don't like to sit very still at this point.. Not great at posing for the camera!

a little bit in LOVE..

My sunshine has been DYING to play with the puppies.
We handle them daily but they are still too little to really play.
Since they are getting around and their eyes are mostly open,
we just let them explore and 'played' with them.
Annie & Ringo are checking out the yard!
She really adores these little babies!!
Shelby enjoyed a little time off too!
She is a great mommy and would come back to check on her babies between throws..
My monkey is still learning how to handle them properly.
He gets a kick out of how they squirm!!
It really didn't take long before they were worn out.
And it was time to go back inside..

We Have PUPPIES!!

They are just 3-days old! Just barely bigger than a hamster..
They are the cutest little bunch of red-heads that I ever saw!!
4 Girls, 3 Boys!!
Shelby is such a good mama..
The next two weeks are stressful for me though.
I make sure they are eating regularly and weigh them daily.
So far they are all doing well! We can't wait until they are old enough to play!!

Mans BEST Friend!!

It's been a while since we posted! Shelby had her puppies on Thursday
and has been pretty cooped up. My little man was missing her so we thought we'd let her
have a break from her babies and play.
She really hangs on everything he says and does! She is so even tempered and patient!
She will play the same game or do the same 'job' for hours!
Shelby is such a sweet girl! Truly, our little mans best friend!!

7.5 weeks Old!!

It has been a crazy weekend! I went out of town with my sister.. and I swear the puppies grew TONS while I was gone! They are getting SO BIG!! I think my husband fed them WELL :)

We get Health Certificates tomorrow, and we have started kennel training.. for the two that are flying. I'm just exposing them a couple times a day for about an hour each.. keeping them in their kennel with a blankie.. Hopefully this makes travel for these playful puppies a little easier.. They will probably still howl the whole time.. Luckily, they are both fairly short flights!

We have had some extreme weather here.. REALLY hot then THUNDERSTORMS!! its been great for them to adapt.. But hard for pictures.. They are REALLY hating the hay pile.. It was almost impossible to get pictures with out them panting..

ROPER
Ropers new name is KNOX.. He is super friendly, energetic, loves to play and is full of puppy kisses! His new home will be in Wyoming! He gets to fly this THURSDAY!!
(fingers crossed for weather to be on our side!)

COWBOY
Cowboy's new name is SI .. He is the brave one of the group. He follows us anywhere we go.. Including to the livestock! I've had to go chasing after him more than once that's for sure! Cowboy is going to his new home in Arkansas next week some time..

PATCHES
Patches new name isn't decided yet, last I heard it was between RUBY and KITTY.. She is so playful but so loving too! She always runs off to play but comes back and 'checks in' for a snuggle. She is great with the toys and is the only one who will KINDOF sit through brushing time.. Mostly they all want to eat the brush! This princess is going to her new home in Minnesota on THURSDAY!!
