Max & Shelby Sitt’n in a Tree...

These Three Musketeers were such a fun surprise this past Thursday.
We hadn't planned on breeding Shelby this time around but left her with Max with our fingers crossed while we were breeding Lucy and Maggie to LeDoux.
Shelby didn't gain very much weight but showed signs of pregnancy. We figured she was having a false pregnancy or a sympathetic pregnancy because of the other girls..Then when we got home Thursday afternoon she had Pride & Volt all snuggled up in her house. The weather turned really cold that night so we brought her in and set her up and about two hours later Ace showed up.

They are the cutest trio with the cutest markings!
They are pure bred border collie's. They will be absolutely darling as adults, and will come registered with AKC. *Ill post a pic of one of Max & Shelby's pups from past litters below that are similar.
We are now accepting deposits on the puppies that are listed as available.

If you are interested in adding a pure bred Rocky Mountain Border Collie or our  pure bred cross breed puppy to your family, please feel free to call, text or email any time.

They are squirmy so getting a group pic was a little difficult.
Ace (available)  Ace is a Red & White male with Tri-Markings. They aren't prominent now, but the color will show up on his cheek and legs (mostly left) as he matures. His nose will fill in a darling chocolate color and he will have a beautiful rough coat and hazel eyes like his parents.

Pride (available) is a Red & White male with darling unique markings.  His nose will fill in a darling chocolate color and he will have a beautiful rough coat and hazel eyes like his parents.

Volt (available) is a Red & White male with darling unique markings.  His nose will fill in a darling chocolate color and he will have a beautiful rough coat and hazel eyes like his parents.
When we found her she had been digging (apparently to china!)
making a nest, but then still decided to have her pups in her house.
Shelby, proud mama, a dirty, a little tired, but she looks happy!

*This is Ringo, he is one of max and Shelby's past puppies.
He has similar markings as their new little babies. Sometimes seeing what they look like as adult helps visualize what your puppy will looks similar to when picking at a young age.
He is definitely a gorgeous dog!!
This is Camo (aka Skipper)
He is also Shelby & Max's, and he has tri-markings,
this shows the pretty coloring Ace will have as he matures!

Eat. Sleep. Poop.

It has been so fun having puppies again!!
I forgot how little I sleep though!!
These cuties are doing well.
They are three days old today and just as cute as can be.
I absolutely love this age. You will notice I say that every week!

We have carefully researched the bloodlines. These puppies pedigree's are loaded with champions not only in the show ring but working farm's & imported bloodlines from Ireland, Australia and Germany!! They are fantastic with children and are tough little puppies! Well rounded dispositions and temperaments, extremely loyal ad loving, All they need is room to run for the love to play!

This pure breed cross has proven to bring out the best characteristics of both of these amazing breeds for the perfect companion. We have been raising border collies for 18 years now and are very excited about this new little bunch!

 Lucy had 8 beautiful babies!! 1-Black & White, 2 Red &White, 2 Red Merle’s, 3 Blue Merle’s!
We are very excited about this purebred cross!! All tails are intact and perfect with their cute little white tips. It will be so fun to watch them grow into their silly puppy personalities.
Lucy is doing well and is an amazing mama. She is taking great care of her new little ones!!

Introducing LEDOUX!!

I WAS trying to wait until Maggie had her puppies next week to ‘officially’ announce our exciting news, but I have been getting lots of emails inquiring about PUPPIES! We decided to make it official today!!

January 8, 2019 - Ledoux and Lucy had 8, yes EIGHT!! Of the most beautiful Border Collie /Aussie pups!! Ledoux is a purebred, registered Australian Shepherd from champion lines. Besides his amazing temperament and disposition, Ledoux is gorgeous with his perfect confirmation, his full rough coat and his stunning blue eyes!! He obviously passes COLOR on to his offspring, and we are so excited about it!! We researched this cross breed in-depth and know these pups are going to be amazing!! Loyal, Energetic, Athletic, perfect addition to any family and bred with an ‘off button’.

The reason why we went with a purebred Aussie: We have bred Max 6 Times over the past two years with only one successful breed. He is getting a little older, so we are thinking he might be able to only handle one female. (Do ya blame him? 😂) Our dogs are our family first, we never ‘rehome’ for our breeding program. We decided to look for ‘outside’ border collie studs. We researched through all of Utah and surrounding states within traveling distance and there were really no studs that were up to our standards for breeding. A LOT goes in to picking the right daddy. We are very picky when it comes to genetics, temperament, disposition, drive, AND looks! It was why we ended up flying Max in from Pennsylvania in the first place! We’ve known Ledoux personally since he was a puppy and love him! We knew after ALL of my research he was our best choice. He is not just any Aussie. ❤️

Happy New Year!!

Welcome 2019!!
We are excited for the new year.
One of my resolutions is to keep our website more up to date!
Its no easy feat to get these furbabies all sitting pretty for a photo shoot.
Especially when there is so much new snow to play in!!
They listen well though, and once the excitement has worn off they 'stayed'
These two pretty girls are expecting pups in the next couple of weeks!!
We are very excited, as it feels like forever since we have had puppies around here.
2018 was a little rough on our little family and farm. We are looking forward to making 2019 amazing. We are so grateful for all that we have. Thankful for our simple life.

Just Another Day on the Farm..

These two love to babysit Goldie, our pet chicken..
They really are very gentle and like to herd her,
Mostly, she rebels and proves she is tougher than them.
Goldie is 8 years old and still lays occasionally in our barn.
We consider those treasures for the dogs to find..
She is solely a pet here on our little farm.
Although I've never been a big fan of chickens, she will always have a place here..
No chickens were harmed in the making of this movie.. :)
